After reading your blog, I am very frightened for her. It sounds awful!!!<br /><br />Here are my two sure ways of falling asleep and staying that way with pleasant dreams or no dreams (both I got from my mother mind you): read the book of Psalms in the Bible and celery tea. Celery tea is made by boiling water and then sticking 2-3 inch stalk of celery in it to steep for 3-5 minutes. It's horrible but usually all it takes is 2-3 good sips and I'm very sleepy. It usually knocks me out and I sleep like a log.<br /><br />I hope things get better for you. I'm sorry you're having such a difficult time. Hopefully you'll look back on this and say:"This isn't anything (whatever problem going thru at the moment).
